Chevrolet is a U.S.-based brand of automobiles and trucks belonging to the General Motors group. Chevrolet was born from the alliance of Louis Chevrolet and William Crapo Durant on November 3, 1911, in the United States, manufacturing robust automobiles. today, Chevrolet increased its participation in the world market from the implementation of the new concept of global design called GPix or Global Pix, with which it began to present its first vehicles called “global”, which began to be sold in Asia, Europe and America along with the United States.

The first vehicle presented with this feature was the Chevrolet Aveo, presented in the Chinese market. Later, new presentations began to follow, with Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Impala and Chevrolet Captiva as protagonists, who shared design features with the Aveo.

In order to do this, the V8 engines of the American company (mainly those of the latest generations of the Chevrolet Corvette model) are taken into account for the production of handcrafted prototypes such as the Hennessey Venom GT, the SSC Ultimate Aero or the Tauro Sport Auto, among others.
