Rent professional, secure display cases for your vendor table at ICONS 2026. This rental service is exclusively available for vendors, exhibitors, and commercial sellers who already have a confirmed table, or who are booking their booth space alongside this rental for the event at IFA Alicante.

Rental Information
- Event Location: IFA (Institución Ferial Alicantina), Alicante, Spain.
- Rental Duration: Full Weekend Pass (August 15th – 16th, 2026). Single-day options are not available.
Delivery Directly to Your Table
To simplify your event logistics, ICONS will prepare your rented material and place it directly on your assigned vendor table before or during the vendor setup period.
*By default, we will add your display case to one of the tables reserved in your current order. If you have already purchased your table in a previous transaction, please provide your existing order number, ticket number, or table information in the registration form at checkout so we can match your rental to the correct space.
Return Instructions
At the end of the event, the rented display case must be personally returned to the Friki Monkey booth during your vendor check-out process. All units will be verified in person by staff before checkout confirmation. Vendors must not leave the venue without officially handing over the rented material.
Important Rental Terms & Liability
- The renter assumes full responsibility for the item from the moment it is placed on their table until it is officially returned and inspected at the Friki Monkey booth.
- Any loss, damage, breakage, or failure to return the item will result in the renter being charged the full replacement cost.
- Failure to pay for damages, unreturned items, or unapproved removal of material from the venue will result in a permanent ban from future ICONS and Friki Monkey events, services, and product purchasing.

This product is a material rental ONLY. It does not include event entry, vendor registration, or table/booth space. You must purchase, or already possess, a valid ICONS vendor booking. Orders without valid vendor access are subject to cancellation and refund.
